Equisafety Led Leg/Armband

EN13356 band which is 2" wide fluorescent and reflective. Elasticated band with velcro fastener. Can be used as an armband for the rider a leg band for the horse or a dog collar. A watch battery powers the LEDs and can be replaced. The light can be seen over 500 metres away. Wipe clean not waterproof. One size only.
